About the Role

We are looking for live-in housekeeping attendants who are favorable, stimulated & professional to join our energetic housekeeping team at Eurong Beach Resort on beautiful K’gari (Fraser Island).

Key Role Requirements

The capability to work across a broad rostering system, over a 7 day working week
The capability to work during peak seasonal periods
Have a professional outlook in the employment and show an dedicated interest in the hustle and bustle of the Hospitality industry
Ability to take orientation, take on multiple tasks at once, and follow standard daily job boards and lists
Capability to work autonomously or in teams – proven ability to work unsupervised
Meticulous consideration to detail – looking further than the obvious
Capability to demonstrate initiative at work
Capability to effectively communicate with other resort departments
Taking pride in your customer service abilities to safeguard our guests’ experience on the island is one to memorize! Offering guests a professional level of service in a relaxed and friendly environment
Immaculate grooming and presentation

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

A legitimate Police Clearance (dated no more than 6 months) or the ability to obtain one for work
Wonderful time management skills
Extraordinary customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in a resort / hotel / motel housekeeping environment

In line with Queensland Government’s mandated requirements for current health status vaccinations, effective 17 December 2021, efficient candidates will need to provide evidence of being double vaccinated.
