Your key responsibilities with include:

Engaging with guests by producing a great first impression.
Be the go-to person for all our guests’ needs.
Be confident to work solo on the front desk
Pay consideration to the small details that make a stay memorable for all the right reasons.
Provide our guests with an within scoop on all things St Kilda and beyond.
Work well with others in a close team environment.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

You love helping people and making memorable moments.
Have a proven ability to solve problems and think outside the box.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, for example outstanding phone manners.
Role with occasional shift swaps when needed. Operation on a rotational weekend roster! (we all need some time off)
RoomMaster PMS experience would be a huge advantage.
Previous experience in a customer service environment and attention to detail is essential.
Able to work some weekend and public holidays
